Access exterior doors and gates with your phone
myQ community is available for owners to open the gates or exterior doors by using their phone. The app also allows you to view visitors at the front door when they use the call-in feature.
Please download the myQ community app and email Burt echiles@principal-mgmt.com to gain access.

THREE BOARD MEMBERS NEEDED. OWNERS PLS VOLUNTEER. We will take nominations from the floor as well as including the names that were submitted by May 1st. If you have an expertise in finance, construction or board governance, you are encouraged to add your name to the nominees.
Please meet on the pool deck. We will discuss potential updates to the bylaws, vote for new board members and introduce the new property manager. The community will be able to ask questions from the property manager and/or the board.

TownSq is their user-friendly app that can be downloaded to your phone or tablet. It's designed to help you to stay up to date on everything and a) pay online (processing fees will apply) and manage your account b) place a service request c) access association forms & documents. To register please log in from a laptop/desktop computer at www.townsq.io using your Associa Account number and zip code that was mailed to you. Please contact ntxcustomercare@associa.us if you need assistance.
PAYING BY CHECK OR AUTO DRAFT
If you want to pay your assessment via check, please mail to The Beat, c/o Principal Management Group of North Texas, PO Box 660090, Dallas, TX. 75266-0090. Your mailed packet also included an auto payment form. Please call or email if you need assistance .
